OFFICIAL RULES – RIVER RAT SUPPLY CO. LLC BOAT GIVEAWAY
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by River Rat Supply Co. LLC (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform used to promote the Giveaway.
2. Eligibility
The River Rat Supply Co. LLC Boat Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of River Rat Supply Co. LLC, and their immediate family members or members of the same household, are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on December 19, 2025 at 12:00 AM (EST) and ends on January 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM (EST) (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted outside of the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter the Giveaway by the following method(s):
- The purchase of any shirt from the River Rat Supply Co. website. 1 shirt = 1 valid entry.
- There is no entry limit.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- 2025 Reaper 756 Boat
- Yamaha F70 Motor
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $25,000
Prize does not include (unless otherwise stated), registration, title, taxes, insurance, fuel, or any other expenses not expressly listed. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranties, express or implied, except as provided by the manufacturer.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about January 31, 2026. The winner will be notified via EMAIL within a reasonable time after the drawing.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 5 days, or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Winner Requirements
The winner may be required to:
- Sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release
- Provide valid government-issued photo identification
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
9. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with acceptance and use of the prize.
10. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants River Rat Supply Co. LLC permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, city and state of residence, and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless River Rat Supply Co. LLC from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
All Sponsor decisions are final and binding.
13. Governing Law
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
